For all homes, it is becoming increasingly important to have a green energy label. Homes that are part of a homeowners’ association (VvE) will need to come together to create a joint plan for this. It starts with a clear report, which can optionally be explained verbally during a VvE meeting or at the VvE’s sustainability committee.
