Since 2021, an energy label is mandatory when selling, renting out, or delivering a home. A better energy label helps reduce CO₂ emissions and increases the value of your property.

HOA Pulau (established in 1981)

Pulau was guided by Label Lab to develop an optimal sustainability plan. This process involved engaging all residents to arrive at a unified sustainability strategy. Together with a proactive sustainability committee within the homeowners' association, Label Lab provided structural advice, allowing the sustainability measures to be cleverly combined into one comprehensive plan that all 160 members now fully support.
